Marie-Noëlle holds a Master and an LLM in international and european business law and joined Moyse & Associates following her admission as a lawyer to the Luxembourg bar.

Prior to joining us, Marie-Noëlle collaborated with a parisian law firms specialized in M&A and private equity matters. Her international experience extends to internships at prominent law firms in the Middle East and Latin America where she gained valuable insight on complex business challenges.
