François Moyse is pleased to announce that Laurent Heisten has just become a partner of MOYSE & ASSOCIATES since January 1st, 2023.
A member of the Luxembourg Bar since September 2018, Laurent has acquired great experience in litigation, whether in civil, commercial, or administrative laws. He thus handles complex cases in, amongst others, private and public international law and European Union law.
After the first years of studies in Montpellier, France, Laurentgot a master's degree in international and European law, as well as a Master II degree in international relations and European Union law at the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense.
Moreover, Laurent got a PhD diploma in public law. In 2016, he defended a doctoral thesis on public international law, under the supervision of Professor Alain PELLET, former member and chairman of the United Nations International Law Commission.
