Successful Meeting of the ECBA in Warsaw

Last week, François Moyse, Managing Partner of Moyse & Associates, participated in the biannual meeting of the European Criminal Bar Association in Warsaw, Poland.

The main topic was devoted to the Rule of Law and the debates centered around the difficult situation in which the Judiciary is in some States, as well as the repression of War crimes and other crimes.
